Surround yourself with good writers.
They will hold you accountable.
They will also inspire you.
I once worked a gig as a contract writer for a national convention, and I was assigned a PC in the press room next to the very talented Gretchen Roberts. That girl churned out multiple meaty articles every day, and she was pleasant to boot. Rubbing elbows with her definitely upped my writing game, both in efficiency and content.
I also spent a few days in the home of Farmer Heins and his fantabulous bride last year when I was just months away from completing House of Living Stones. We jawed for hours about writing, and the ideas we exchanged about processes, styles, and methods helped get my juices flowing when I was certain there was only pulp left in my rind.
No writer is an island.
